Born Sonny Corey Uwaezuoke in Atlanta, Sonny Digital broke through in 2011 with YC's 'Racks' before producing iLoveMakonnen's 'Tuesday' (2014) — a record that became a generational anthem and earned a Drake remix that pushed it to platinum. His Atlanta-bounce sensibility helped define the early-2010s trap canon alongside Mike Will Made-It and Metro Boomin. For Don, Sonny was an early architect of the Heaven or Hell sound, producing 'Cardigan,' 'After Party,' and 'Spaceship' — three of the debut's most distinctive cuts. He returned for 'Way Bigger' on Life of a Don (2021), maintaining the springy 808 patterns and hi-hat triplets that distinguish his work. Other credits include Future, 2 Chainz, and Big Sean.
